SBS has exposed the series of crimes committed by the former leader of the Christian Gospel Mission (JMS), Jung Myung-seok, and the pastor Jeong Jo-eun on the show "It is What You Want to Know" on the 22nd of this month.

According to Nielsen Korea, the show recorded a viewership rating of 4.3% among viewers aged between 20 and 49, becoming the most-watched program on Saturday. The household viewing rate was also recorded at 8.7%, ranking it first during the same time slot. The highest momentary minute-by-minute viewership rate was 10.7%, according to the statistics.

SBS had broadcasted five times from March 1999 to 2007, exposing the fact that JMS's Jung Myung-seok claimed himself to be the Messiah and revealing his sexual assault charges, which led to his actual imprisonment. However, contrary to expectations that the power of JMS would weaken, JMS's religious organization became even more firm after Jung Myung-seok's release from prison ten years later. There was another person, Jeong Jo-eun, who replaced Jung Myung-seok, leading JMS in a more organized manner during the 10 years he was imprisoned.

In the show that aired on the 22nd, the true identity of the 'Bonghwang Bird, ' which Jeong Jo-eun had secretly organized, was revealed. Jeong Jo-eun had selected women who had participated in beauty pageants such as Miss Korea and supermodels, who would not even sue for sexual assault, for Jung Myung-seok. There were a total of 11 members in the Bonghwang Bird, including Jeong Jo-eun.

JMS's secret organization was not limited to the Bonghwang Bird. After the term 'reporting person' was exposed through the media, which managed the so-called 'women of Jung Myung-seok, ' it changed its name to Wolseong and Sangroksu. Only the name had changed; the content of the activities was the same. Women who would be sent to Jung Myung-seok were called Wolseong, and those who would become the next Wolseong were called Sangroksu.

Jeong Jo-eun's power as the 'second-in-command of JMS' grew rapidly after Jung Myung-seok's imprisonment. Former JMS members said, "Jeong Jo-eun is a symbol of female divinity, and she is an idol-class figure. JMS's golden era was led by Jeong Jo-eun." Another woman stated, "I adored Jeong Jo-eun like a goddess. I even set her as my phone background. I believed in Jung Myung-seok absolutely because of my affection for Jeong Jo-eun."

One JMS member who was converted by Jeong Jo-eun, after meeting Jung Myung-seok for the first time following his release from prison, stated, "The actual appearance was not what I had imagined. The Bonghwang Bird was also just a matter of manipulation. The reality was entirely different from what I had thought."

In summary, the show on SBS revealed the full details of the crimes committed by JMS's former leader, Jung Myung-seok, and pastor Jeong Jo-eun, as well as the organization of JMS. The show has attracted the attention of the public and has had a significant impact on the media.
